Each year we strive to bring in the most relevant, up to date, informational speakers possible to Manitoba Ag Days. This year is no exception: the program has been finalized for the 2026 show and the depth of knowledge in this list is profound!
We could not put on such a world class speaking event if it were not for our partnerships with FCC, MNP, Manitoba Agriculture, Manitoba Canola Growers Association, Manitoba Crop Alliance and the Manitoba Pulse and Soybean Growers Association and of course the presenters themselves. Tanis Sirski, Farm Management Consultant

Tanis Sirski is an advisor in MNP’s Farm Management Consulting group. Her primary focus is providing consulting services emphasizing profitability, operational efficiencies, and risk management. Through strong relationships, she helps each client navigate which ever direction they choose for their goals – be it growth, downsizing, maintaining, or exploring off farm ventures.
Tanis understands the simplicity of farming is often hidden in the complexity of the industry and provides her clients reminders and to focus on what is in their control.
With 20 years’ experience as an agronomist and a background in agricultural economics, she brings practical insight from working with grain, cattle and dairy farmers as well as seed and crop input retailers across Manitoba.
Tanis is a Professional Agrologist and a Certified Crop Advisor, and has completed both a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics.
