Scholarship Application Deadline Approaching

Applications for post-secondary scholarships are being accepted until November 1, 2026 and three
recipients will be announced at the 50th anniversary show in January.

Manitoba Ag Days has a strong tradition of investing in rural communities and agriculture education
through the Ag Days Gives Back fund. Since the program’s inception in 2013 Manitoba Ag Days Gives
Back has committed over $600,000 to building the agriculture community. To celebrate the 50th
anniversary, $131,000 will be awarded at the 2027 show. This is our biggest single-year investment to
date! It reflects the spirit of the board in committing to hosting a not-for-profit show that is all about
agriculture, now and into the future.

Post-secondary scholarships of $2000 each are open to students in their final year of high school or to
post secondary students. All agricultural related education and training is eligible, including degree,
diploma, certificate and trade programs. Applicants are asked to complete the form and include a
written biography and video outlining their community involvement and volunteerism, career goals and
aspirations and how they see themselves fitting into the ag industry. Applications are being accepted
NOW through November 1, 2026.

Manitoba Ag Days show is an annual three-day exposition of agriculture production expertise,
technology and equipment that attracts exhibitors and visitors from across Canada and the United States
of America held at the Keystone Centre in Brandon Manitoba. The 2027 show dates are Tuesday,
January 19 – Thursday, January 21.
