Aaron grew up on the family grain and dairy farm just south of Brandon.  Working with his Dad, Uncles and cousins he developed a love for farming at a young age.  After high school he got diplomas in Agribusiness and Business Administration and started working at Mazer Implements,  It wasn't too long before he returned to the farm and took an active role in making decisions.  In 2013 his four partners and he officially started Harwest Farms Limited Partnership and they began farming for themselves.  They now farm 17,000 acres growing wheat, corn, canola, edible beans and soybeans.  He has three great young boys that manage to keep his winters just as busy as his summers and Aaron hopes that they will want to take over the farm just like he did.
