Manitoba Ag Days Nostalgia Competition
Since it was our 40th Anniversary we encourged every exhibitor to bring something nostalgic and have it on display in their booth to commemorate 40 years of Ag Show Excellence. The top 3 winners will have the option to receive a cash prize of $1000, $500 and $250 respectively. All of the winners were told that if they choose to donate their winnings to a local charity that Manitoba Ag Days would match their contribution. EVERY WINNER CHOOSE TO DONATE THEIR WINNINGS!
1st Place went to Versatile for bringing BIG ROY to the show. They choose to donate their winnings to the Manitoba Ag Museaum and Manitoba Ag Days matched it, therefore the Manitoba Ag Museum received $2000.00
2nd Place went to Ellis Seeds for their 1899 Weed Guide. They choose to donate their winnings to Agriculture in the Classroom – Manitoba and Manitoba Ag Days matched it, therefore AITC-MB received $1000.00
3rd Place went to One Step Automation for their Old Grain Cleaner. They choose to donate their winnings to Canadian Food Grains Bank and Manitoba Ag Days matched it, therefore the Canadian Food Grains Bank received $500.00
