Matthew Johnson is the President and CEO of M3 Aerial Productions Inc., and has been involved with the company since he founded it in 2015. Matthew has spent 5 years teaching high school mathematics in Manitoba schools, and 10 years in the Canadian Armed Forces. In 2018, Matthew was named one of the Top 7 Drone Visionaries in Precision Agriculture and among the Top 50 in the world, by the Commercial UAV News. In 2016 M3 Aerial Productions launched their UAV Ground School training program which has trained around 600 commercial UAV pilots across Canada to date.

Ryan is a 2019 Nuffield Scholar who is passionate about soil health, forage efficient cattle and no-till cropping systems. Ryan operates a mixed farm just north of Forrest, Manitoba with his wife Sarah, daughter Piper, son Bingham, and parents Jim and Joanne Boyd.
