Each year we strive to bring in the most relevant, up to date, informational speakers possible to Manitoba Ag Days.  This year is no exception: the program has been finalized for the 2022 show and you are in for a really impressive line up of  speakers. We could not put on such a world class speaking event if it were not for our partnerships with FCC, MNP, Manitoba Agriculture, Manitoba Canola Growers Association, Manitoba Wheat & Barley Growers Association  and the presenters themselves. Roy Arnott, Farm Management Specialist

Roy Arnott has an Ag degree from the University of Manitoba and has been with Manitoba Agriculture and Resource Development for the over 26 years, working as an Ag Rep and Farm Management Specialist responsible for the annual Cost of Production spreadsheets for production costs, risk management, farmland rental and purchasing decision making. His belief is that the every production decisions must also consider the economic costs and benefits for success and profitability. Roy and his wife Marilynn have two daughters, a Physiotherapist in St. Pierre and a Labour and Delivery Nurse at HSC in Winnipeg. Family time is filled with camping, hiking, skiing and occasionally crashing mountain bikes.
