An air flow rate indicator that is connected to the discharge ducting of an Aeration fan. The sensor provides real time estimated air flow rates in cubic feet per minute (CFM) that are being generated by the subject aeration fan. The purpose of this invention is to prevent farmers from over filling grain bins when attempting in bin grain drying. Over filling the bin will result in the fan dead heading and the air flow rate dropping below the desired minimum. A rule of thumb minimum air flow rate for in bin grain drying is 1 cfm / bushel.
