INFORMATION Exhibitors for the Ag Days
2007 show have until Friday, September 28, 2007 to renew their space from last year. Registration deadline for
new exhibitors is Friday, October
5, 2007. But Don't Wait! Available
space will be awarded on a first-come basis so it is important to register early. If you

products and /or equipment only.

NEW PRODUCTS
FEATURE
 Exhibitors may opt to take part in this program by paying a
$100.00 fee in addition to the regular display fees. In order to
qualify for this feature the new product must be approved by
Manitoba Ag Days. To participate exhibitors will need to check the
appropriate area on the exhibitor entry form and submit their
payment. A description of the new product must accompany the entry
form. More details are available in the registration package.
In conjunction with the New Products
Feature, Manitoba Ag Days will offer the Best New Product Award.
Eligible exhibitors participating in the New Products Feature
will have the product judged for the award. More details and
judging criteria are available in the registration package.

- MISCELLANEOUS EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
ADDITIONAL
COSTS
Costs for renting chairs, tables and furnishings will be supplied to you with our
letter of confirmation.
BOOTH / MACHINERY / INVENTION DISPLAY LOCATION
Report to show office upon arrival at the Keystone Centre and you will be directed
to your booth/display location and provided with name tags and show information.
SET-UP TIME
January 15, 2006 - 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (The day prior to the show
starting)
Exhibitors arriving after 9:00 p.m. may not be able to set up. Refunds will not be issued.
Storage room for Machinery cannot be guaranteed prior to set-up time.
EXHIBITORS' HOURS
January 16, 17, 18, 2007 - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Displays must be manned during advertised hours, as listed above,
otherwise, participation in future shows will be reviewed.
REMOVAL TIME
Move-out will take place after 5:00 p.m. on the final day of the show, and
from 8:00 a.m. to noon the following day.
Please note: Machinery exhibits on the Arena floors and Hitching Ring must be
removed by 9:00 p.m. on the final day of the show.
DOOR PRIZES
We welcome your participation in our door-prize events. Door-prize draws take
place at 4:30 p.m. each day, and your participation will be acknowledged at that time.

High Speed Internet through coaxial cable that will be wired directly to

EXHIBITORS' LOUNGE
Will be available to all exhibitors and their potential clients. Hours are from
9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
Hotel listings with
phone numbers are available. Hotel space is in short
supply. Early booking is recommended.
LIABILITY INSURANCE
Exhibitors must carry adequate public liability insurance to cove
participation in the show. Please check the box on the application
form and read the "Conditions of Contract" on the back for the
Application form.
